WORKING STUDENT (m/f/d) for Customer Support and Community Management at BodyFast (10-20 hours/week)

Your tasks:
- Customer support via email and our social media channels (multilingual)
- Handling complaints and refunds
- Managing app store reviews
- Managing comments on our website, advertisements, etc.
- Maintaining and expanding our help platform
- Implementing additional automation tools
- Managing and organizing our Facebook groups
Personal requirements:
- Interest in health topics
- Good written communication skills
- Empathy and customer orientation
- Openness, teamwork, and initiative
- Quick comprehension and a willingness to learn
- Reliable, structured, and independent work style
- Time flexibility and willingness to work evenings and weekends
Technical requirements:
- Valid enrollment (bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably for a longer period)
- Very good German and English skills, additional languages are advantageous (Spanish, French, Portuguese, Italian)
- Familiarity with common social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
