      Hello Flo,
      You can add or remove challenges at the beginning of each fasting week. Before you start your week, you can scroll down and there you will see that some challenges have already been added to your week. They are suggested to you based on your goals and progress. You can also delete them by clicking on the waste bin icon and all the way at the bottom you have the option to “add challenges”.

        Hello Valerie. I have been trying to cancel my subscription, but have had no success. for whatever reason I’m not able to email you guys to put in a support request.     This app is a scam!!!! The app doesn’t work. They take your money but offer no support when the app is broke. The email info here does NOT work.

    I downloaded the free app but it took a very long time to open then when I clicked get started it just kept loading so I restarted my phone thinking that would help and now I can’t get back in it won’t open up!

      Our coach subscriptions cannot be paid on a monthly or weekly basis, unfortunately. This is why you are charged with the total amount at the beginning of your subscription.
      But you can select the one moth subscription where you pay on a monthly basis.

      Hello Sara,
      you can manually move your fasting times so that they fit your lifestyle better. Just press “Change times” buttons at the start of a week or even during the week. Afterwards you can tap on a green / orange area in the bar chart to move the fasting period or change its duration.
      If you want to add an additional fasting period, tab on “Add period” and then tab on a grey are to place the new period.
      You can also enter your meal times so that the app can adjust your times better automatically. 🙂

    I have a new iPhone but I’m can’t log into the App on my new phone.
    I can still open & use it on my old phone when near our WiFi.
    How do I transfer?

    I have paid for a full year. I am on my third week but the app keeps starting me over on my first week. There is nowhere to find information on how to correct this. It shows trophies for 3 weeks but my fasting plan keeps starting over and I am getting no new plan from the coach.

    Can I add weeks that I have deleted back to my plan history? I deleted a week or so thinking I could add them back, but have been unable to do this, now the correct amount of hours I have actually fasted isn’t showing.

    I purchased this app over a month ago but never activated it as I did not receive the instructions on how to do so when I purchased it. I subsequently contacted the body app support by email to cancel my subscription. I now see that I am continuing to be charged for something I have never used and this is causing me to be angry and upset. It’s all very well to say you can cancel yoursef by going into the app, but if you can’t even do that, then what???

    Hello. I payed the abonament for 1 year to your app and after 2 weeks all my data and records from the app I lost because I was deconected from the app and I can not reconect anymore. After 1 week I’ve tried to reintroduce all the personal data and today happened again the same thing. I’ve send to you emails many times but nobody answers me. In conclusion, if nobody help me to recover my data or give me the money which I paid, I need an address so my lawyer will contact you. This is a legal notification as well.

    I paid the subscription yesterday for three months. Yet, I did not receive any personal coaching/ program to start, neither through the email nor the app. I downloaded the app but cannot see any personal coaching and I am asked in the app to subscribe/ get coaching, but I have already paid through PayPal and can send it a screenshot. Please advise accordingly as I am only intending to try it for three months. So, no charges after that please.
