I’d like to switch up my weekly challenges. How is that done? Thanks

You can add or remove challenges at the beginning of each fasting week. Before you start your week, you can scroll down and there you will see that some challenges have already been added to your week. They are suggested to you based on your goals and progress. You can also delete them by clicking on the waste bin icon and all the way at the bottom you have the option to “add challenges”.
This app is a scam!!!! The app doesn’t work. They take your money but offer no support when the app is broke. The email info here does NOT work.

I downloaded the free app but it took a very long time to open then when I clicked get started it just kept loading so I restarted my phone thinking that would help and now I can’t get back in it won’t open up!

Why can’t I pay per month instead of once off per year?

Our coach subscriptions cannot be paid on a monthly or weekly basis, unfortunately. This is why you are charged with the total amount at the beginning of your subscription.
But you can select the one moth subscription where you pay on a monthly basis.

Want to change my food plan. How do I do that. Want to change planning
Hello Sara,
you can manually move your fasting times so that they fit your lifestyle better. Just press “Change times” buttons at the start of a week or even during the week. Afterwards you can tap on a green / orange area in the bar chart to move the fasting period or change its duration.
If you want to add an additional fasting period, tab on “Add period” and then tab on a grey are to place the new period.
You can also enter your meal times so that the app can adjust your times better automatically. 🙂

I have a new iPhone but I’m can’t log into the App on my new phone.
I can still open & use it on my old phone when near our WiFi.
How do I transfer?

you can log back into your old account by entering the same e-mail address you used on your old phone.

I have paid for a full year. I am on my third week but the app keeps starting me over on my first week. There is nowhere to find information on how to correct this. It shows trophies for 3 weeks but my fasting plan keeps starting over and I am getting no new plan from the coach.
