In addition to the refund rights granted by applicable laws, having purchased a BodyFast Coach subscription directly from our websites entitles you to receive a refund in case the desired visible results were not achieved through our program, provided that all of the following criteria are fulfilled:

  1. You must reach out to us within 30 days of your initial purchase.
  2. You must have consistently followed the program for a minimum of two continous fasting weeks.
  3. You must be able to demonstrate your program compliance as outlined in the section titled “How to demonstrate program adherence”.

After reviewing your refund request, we will notify you (via email or other means) regarding its approval. Refunds will be handled within 30 days after you have notified us of your will and will be made to the payment method originally used unless we both agree on another form.


To verify your compliance with the program, our support team will use your user history at the time of your refund request to confirm that the following conditions are met:

  1. the completion of at least two continous fasting weeks of your Coach program.
  2. the reading of at least 80% of the provided daily Coachings, AND
  3. the completion of at least 50% of the weekly challenges you have been given.


Please be aware that meeting the aforementioned requirements is the sole basis for being eligible to receive a refund under the money-back guarantee. It is essential to note that this money-back guarantee does not apply to any other circumstances.


We greatly appreciate your feedback and strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers with our products and services. However, if you find our services unsatisfactory, you can request a refund based on the terms specified herein.

If you do not fulfill the conditions specified in our money-back guarantee mentioned above, the fees you have paid are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless stated otherwise herein or as required by applicable law. Some refund requests may be individually evaluated and granted at our sole discretion.

Note for residents of specific US states: If you reside in California or Connecticut and cancel the purchase before midnight on the third business day after the date of purchase, we will refund the payment you made.

Note for EU residents: As a consumer based in the EEA or Switzerland, you possess the automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for the purchase of services within 14 days after purchase. However, when purchasing a single item of digital content (such as a video recording or a PDF file), you explicitly acknowledge that immediate access to the content will be provided, thereby waiving your right of withdrawal and rendering you ineligible for a refund. By signing up for our service, which encompasses ongoing provision and is not a single item of digital content (such as subscriptions to the app), you explicitly request and consent to immediate access to said service. Consequently, if you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will deduct from your refund an amount that corresponds to the service provided prior to notifying us of your withdrawal from the contract.


To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
