Cependant, les chewing-gums contiennent beaucoup de substances synthétiques, ce qui va à l’encontre du sens d’un jeûne thérapeutique. Après tout, le jeûne vise à soulager ton corps, à le purifier, à le désintoxiquer et à le nettoyer. Il n’est donc pas judicieux d’absorber des substances non naturelles qui, en plus, ont le champ libre pour faire leurs ravages parce qu’aucun autre aliment ne les dérange. 🙂
