Can I create my own fasting plan?

Yes, as a Coach user, you can create and save your own unique fasting plans in the “My plans” section.

To do this, either choose from several templates or start with a blank plan that you design according to your preferences.

Even if you move periods during an ongoing fasting week, you can save them as your own plan at the end of the week and repeat them at any time as you wish.
